Ardley Technologies ("Ardley," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at www.ardley.com (the "Website"). This policy applies only to information collected through our Website. It does not apply to use of any Ardley-powered or white-labeled applications provided by your financial institution, mortgage servicer, or other customer. Those applications are governed by the customer's own privacy policy, not this one.

1. Relationship to Our Customers

Ardley provides analytics and automation technology to financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, independent mortgage banks, and mortgage servicers. When you use a product or service that is "powered by Ardley," your information is controlled by your financial institution (our customer), which acts as the data controller. Ardley acts as a data processor, handling information on behalf of and under the direction of that institution. If you are an end user of one of these institutions' products or services, please refer to your institution's privacy policy for details about how your personal information is collected and used.

2. Information We Collect

When you visit our Website, we may collect:

  • Information you provide directly, such as when you complete a contact form or request information
  • Technical and usage information, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and general site analytics
  • Information provided by our customers, if they invite you to connect with us

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our Website, including which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which sources refer traffic. Google Analytics stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser so that repeat visits can be recognized as coming from the same browser. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Website.
  • Marketing and forms. We use HubSpot to host our contact, demo request, and newsletter signup forms. HubSpot stores an identifier in your browser so that a form you submit can be associated with your earlier visits to our Website.
  • Security. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish human visitors from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device for that purpose.

These cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Current lifespans range from the end of your browsing session to approximately thirteen months.

Google and HubSpot act as our service providers for these purposes and process this information on our behalf. We do not authorize them to sell it. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies on our Website. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, which allow you to refuse or delete them, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Refusing cookies will not prevent you from browsing our Website, although our forms may not function as intended.

We have implemented best-practice standards and controls in compliance with internationally recognized security frameworks. We use encryption technologies to protect data at rest and in transit.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure management. Ardley maintains SOC 2 compliance and reviews its controls regularly. We provide the same suite of services to all of our clients and end users worldwide. We offer the following rights to all individuals regardless of their location or applicable privacy regulations.

8. Data Subject Rights

If you are an end user of an Ardley-powered application, please contact your financial institution directly for any requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Ardley, acting as a data processor, cannot fulfill such requests directly unless instructed by that institution.

9. Data Incidents

In the event of a data breach or other security incident, Ardley will notify our customer institutions and, if required by contract or law, affected end users.

10. Children's Privacy

Ardley's services and Website are not directed to minors. Our customers do not submit, and we do not knowingly collect, information from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our Website after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy.
